The new procedure: write an application to your institution’s Students Affairs Officer (SAO) and attach the following:
- A copy of your WAEC certificate showing date of birth
- The bio-data form you filled at admission
- First School Leaving Certificate
- WAEC Results verification PIN
The SAO forwards the file to NYSC.
