The Best Way to Use this Timetable?

Here is what I think:

  1. Get a blank sheet of paper.
  2. Write down the 8/9 subjects you’ll be sitting for. Write all the subjects on the left-hand side of the paper.
  3. Then carefully go through this WAEC timetable – search for all your subjects.
  4. Write down the dates and times as you find each one.

Make sure you don’t forget the practicals.

Important tips on how to Pass WAEC Exams in Flying Colours

After accessing the WAEC timetable, there are some other things that you need to put in perspective to guarantee your success in this exam. We recommend that you take note of the following tips:

  1. Don’t be afraid: A common error made by some WAEC candidates is to allow fear to overwhelm them. This is a very bad way to approach any exam. Irrespective of how prepared you are prior to this exam, you will definitely fail it if you panic while writing the examination. If you must come out with flying colours in your WAEC examination, you must first deal with your fear. Approach this exam with a courageous and optimistic heart, and never allow the terrible experiences you have had or heard about WAEC to determine your level of confidence before or during the exam.
  2. Prepare early enough for the exam:  Though there is no precise period to begin studying for the WAEC exam, you should begin as soon as possible. Many candidates wait until the examination timetable is released before beginning to read and prepare, which is one of the reasons why the majority of them fail. Early preparation is necessary for good success.
  3. Avoid Examination Malpractice/Misconduct:  Many students fail the WAEC exams because their preparation and study are insufficient, and they place their reliance on their intelligence in malpractice. Malpractice is unlawful, and if you are detected, you will almost certainly face failure and dishonour.
  4. Use the WAEC Syllabus as Your Study Guide:  To guarantee that you do not study off-topic, the examination council has produced a syllabus that includes the topics on which exams will be set. So, if you want to pass with flying colours, learn to study with it.
