How to Track Item On GIG Logistics
if you want to track your goods with GIG Logistics, all you need to do is to adhere to below stated guide;
Step 1: Register your goods at the port of pick-up (either at any of the terminals or your home address).
During this process, a staff of GIG will ask for your name, phone contact, email address, destination, and receiver’s details. After which the registration details will be sent to the company’s database.
After that, your tracking number would then be generated and your shipment details of including your tracking number (called the Waybill Number) will be sent to your email address.
Step 2: Visit the GIG Logistics Waybill Tracking Platform
At this point;
- Visit GIG Logistics page (https://giglogistics.com/) and scroll down to where you will see “Enter WayBill Number”
- Enter your waybill number and click on “Track”.
- The progress of your shipment would be displayed on the page.
