Does my leftover data roll over?

Your leftover main data bundle rolls over if you buy another bundle from the same category before the old one expires or within its grace period. Daily plans get a one-day grace period, weekly plans get three days, and monthly plans get seven days. Bonus data does not roll over.

Why doesn’t my old bonus code work anymore?

Airtel retires and replaces bonus offers regularly, especially after tariff changes. If a code fails, dial *121# to see the offers currently available on your line.

My main airtime disappeared after the bonus expired — why?

Only the bonus expires. Your main airtime balance does not. If your main balance dropped, it was spent on calls, data, or SMS at the standard rate.
