Applications are currently being accepted from suitably qualified candidates for the following programmes for the academic year 2022/2023:

Only candidates who have completed their WAEC, NECO, or GCE with at least FIVE CREDIT passes in English Language, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in no more than two sittings are eligible to apply. Candidates must also be at least 17 years old at the time of application.

All payments should be made into UMTH Remita Platform “UMTH Schools Account” after which you will have to present evidence of payment to the school cashier and obtain hospital receipt and use same to collect the application form.

After completely filling out the application form, you will have to return it to the Coordinator’s/Principal’s office not later than 4^th May to 26^th June 2022.

Important Information

Completed application forms must be accompanied by:

1. Two (2) recent passport photographs with white background.
2. Photocopies of all credentials.
3. Indigence certificate and
4. Birth certificate or declaration of age.

For the School of Post Basic Operative Nursing (SPBPON) and School of Post Basic Critical Care Nursing (SPBCCN) Programmes;

Candidates must be registered and licenced nurses with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and must have a minimum of two years post-registration experience.

For the School of Community Health Officers Training Programme, Higher Diploma Programme (SCHOTP):

Candidates must have a Diploma in Community Health, with two (2) years post qualification experience. Also, a candidate could be a Community Health Extension Worker with five (5) years post qualification experience.

(SPBPON) School of Post Basic Operative Nursing – N7,500

School of Post-Basic Critical Care Nursing (SPBCCN) – N5,000.00

Entrance Examination

Entrance examination date to be communicated to the general public in due time.
