- Yes, you can subscribe to the same bundle, a lower or higher bundle before the expiry of your existing bundle.
- Once you subscribe to any daily bundle before the expiry of your existing bundle, the new data bundle balance will accumulate onto the existing Daily data balance.
- Once you subscribe to any weekly or monthly bundle before the expiry of your existing bundle, the new data bundle balance will accumulate onto the existing data balance.
- XL 12GB valid for 7 days can only be extended by the same XL 12GB bundle.
What happens when my data balance is at 0MB?
Data will be at pay as you go (PAYG) rate of 4/- per MB.
What happens when my Bundle expires before exhausting the data allocation?
Any unutilized data bundle will be forfeited.
Do I earn Ziada points when I buy Bundles?
Yes, you earn Ziada points on the cost of the bundle.

Telkom Kenya Mzito bundle
Mzito bundle is a combo internet plan that gives data, call time and SMS.
- Free Data has a Fair Usage Policy of 10GB every day.
- Free Data can only be used between 12 AM and 6 AM.
- Free Data of 10GB will be reset every day at 12AM.
- Free Data is available as long as a customer has a valid bundle.

When will the new Mzito expire?
The New Mzito will be available from the 5th of March 2021.
Any purchase of Mzito 500 and 1000 will not expire. The customer will be able to fully utilize the available resources.
Mzito 2000 will continue to expire after 30 days.
What happens to active subscriptions?
- Customers with active Mzito subscriptions will continue to enjoy their benefits until their expiry.
- Upon expiry, they can subscribe to the New Mzito 2000 with expiry or purchase the New Mzito 500 and 1000 that have no expiry
Can I buy another Mzito bundle before the existing bundle expires?
Yes, you can subscribe to another bundle before the existing bundle expires.
For Mzito 2000, the resources will be accumulated and the bundle extended accordingly.
From Mzito 500 and 1000, the new bundles sit separately and will not impact the active bundles

Madaraka Life is now a permanent tariff.

New and existing Telkom customers will enrol on the Tariff with a one-time payment of KSh.100. They will get a 1GB monthly starter pack + 100 starter pack Mins + 2 Bob/Min* to other networks.
The 1GB monthly starter pack + 100 starter pack Mins will be credited to the customers’ accounts on the anniversary of their subscription to the Madaraka Tariff, at a cost of kes 5, or if a customer buys a booster pack monthly.
