How to check the CDCFIB shortlist

Go to recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.
Log in with the application number generated when you registered (your NIN-linked phone number also works).
Your status page shows whether you were shortlisted for physical screening.
If shortlisted: upload your credentials, then select a physical-screening date and venue that suits you.
Print the screening invitation slip xE2x80x94 you must bring it on the day.

The board publishes shortlist news only on the portal and its verified social accounts. SMS or WhatsApp messages with “screening fees” or special links are scams.

Create an account using a working email and a phone number registered with your NIN.
Pick the Civil Defence section and the cadre that matches your qualification.
Fill the form. Dates on the form must match the dates on your certificates and ID.
Upload scanned credentials, a recent passport photo and your NIN slip.
Submit and print the acknowledgement and Referee Forms. The Referee Forms must be completed for the physical screening stage.

Submit one application only. Multiple applications are auto-disqualified.
