Latest Jamb 2025 News Update
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB has just announced a tentative schedule for the 2025–2026 UTME. See details below.
- Sales of forms and registrations begin on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
- The closing date for Form sales is Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
- 2025 mock UTME will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025
- Main 2025 Jamb UTME Exam date is from Friday, April 18, 2025, to Monday, April 28, 2025
Also note that the printing out of the Jamb 2025 exam slips will begin on April 10, 2025.

JAMB 2024 UTME Results
Here’s how to check your Jamb results using the Shortcode Method or Via SMS:
We are delighted to inform you that the JAMB UTME results for 2024 have been released. Some JAMB aspirants confirmed this via the JAMB results tracking thread. The shortcode technique is currently available to check your results. Check out the instructions below:
Create an SMS containing the term “UTMERESULT” and send it to 55019 to check your results using the shortcode method.
Ensure you use the same mobile number you used in registering for the UTME. If a candidate enters a phone number that was not previously used to register, they will receive the notification, “This phone number was not previously used for registration.
You must have at least N50 in airtime credit to send the SMS.
Those that use the shortcode technique will be required to authenticate their results on the Jamb site.
What is the procedure for obtaining the JAMB syllabus?
Syllables for the jamb are readily available. After acquiring a JAMB registration form, Jamb will provide you with a CD containing syllables. This link will also allow you to obtain the JAMB curriculum for all topics.
What’s New With JAMB?
No two JAMB exams can be comparable in terms of difficulty or scope. The JAMB examination has undergone major changes. The exam has effectively transitioned from traditional paper and pen to JAMB CBT. Registration, testing, and the printing of original JAMB result slips have all seen significant changes in the JAMB process over the last decade. Before publishing results, JAMB now verifies all CCTV cameras.

How much is the 2025 JAMB UTME form?
The JAMB UTME form is N6,700 with mock exams, N5,200 without mock exams, and 30$ for foreign candidates.
