There is no official Apple Store in Lagos. Apple sells in Nigeria only through Authorised Resellers (APRs) — chiefly iStore and iConnect — supported by Redington, the local Apple distributor. How to tell if a Lagos seller is genuinely Apple-authorised

1. Check the Apple “Where to Buy” page. Visit apple.com/ng/buy and pick a product. Apple lists only genuine APRs and online resellers under “Buy from a Reseller”.
2. Check the Redington locator. Redington is Apple’s distributor for Nigeria. Its locator at mea.redingtongroup.com only shows verified APRs.
3. Look for Apple-style retail signage. APRs use the Apple grey-and-white branding, full product display tables and a Genius-style support desk. A glass shop with one iPhone box on the counter is not an APR.
4. Demand an Apple-issued invoice. APRs print invoices that include the device’s serial number. Save it for warranty claims.

Apple international warranty in Nigeria

iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, AirPods and Macs sold by an APR carry the Apple International Limited Warranty for one year. Use Ensure Services or any AASP for a free in-warranty repair. Devices bought from grey-market sellers (Computer Village, online resellers) often have a US, EU or UAE region lock and may need paid out-of-warranty service.
