2022 List of Social Science Subjects Offered in Secondary and Higher Institutions

These social science subjects are to guide students intending to be in the social science field in the future. This will help answer your waec and jamb questions regarded social science subjects.

In the secondary institutions, about sixty per cent of students flock into science classes, thirty go for art classes and the remaining ten is all the social science class will have.

What could be the reason for such little interest in social science? Well, I would say it is misinformation of all social science is about_I will give you some hints right away.

Social science is focused on producing;  developed manpower; well-equipped personnel for both private and public sectors; outstanding social scientists, etc.

The major aim of social science is to examine people’s behavioral interactions and their activities in their localities and how these activities affect the world at large.
