FAQs
Can I change the name on an existing booking?
No. Aero does not allow name changes on issued tickets. You’ll have to cancel and rebook.
I paid for a ticket but the booking didn’t confirm. What now?
Wait 24–48 hours for the bank to reverse the charge automatically. If it doesn’t, email tickethelpdesk@acn.aero with your transaction receipt.
Can I book online and pay at the airport?
Yes. You can also pay through bank branches (except Zenith and GTBank) or via Quickteller.
What is the no-show fee?
If you miss your flight without cancelling, you’ll pay ₦3,000 to reuse the ticket. The ticket also has to be upgraded to a flexible class.
How do I get a refund?
Apply at least 30 days before ticket expiry. Aero charges a service fee for refund processing — contact your local Aero office for the exact amount.
Can infants have their own seat?
No. Infants ride on the lap of an accompanying adult, secured by a single-strap belt. The fare you pay covers their flight insurance.
What is a PNR?
PNR stands for Passenger Name Record — a 6-character booking reference that holds your flight, name, and contact details. Use it for check-in and to manage your booking.
