AT&T Reward Center – How to Make Your Claims

June 29, 2026 by Editor Leave a Comment

To claim your AT&T reward: go to rewardcenter.att.com, enter your claim number or your AT&T account number plus ZIP code, click Claim it now, accept the terms, and add a phone or email for tracking alerts. You have 75 days from the date on your notification email or letter to redeem. Once claimed, the AT&T Visa Reward Card arrives in 3–9 weeks.

What is the AT&T Reward Center?

rewardcenter.att.com is AT&T’s online portal for tracking and redeeming promotional rewards tied to qualifying Fiber, Internet Air, DirecTV, AT&T Wireless, and Business plans. When you sign up for a reward-eligible service, AT&T sends a claim notification by email or mail with the claim number you’ll need to redeem.

How to claim an AT&T reward — step by step

  1. Wait for the notification. AT&T sends a claim email or letter within 6 weeks of installation/activation. It contains your claim number and the redemption deadline.
  2. Open the Reward Center. Go to rewardcenter.att.com.
  3. Sign in to your reward. Enter your claim number from the notification, or your AT&T account number + ZIP code.
  4. Select “Claim it now.” Confirm your details and accept the terms.
  5. Add a contact for alerts. Provide a valid email address or mobile number to receive status updates on your reward card.
  6. Track the status. Return to the Reward Center any time to see whether the card has been issued, mailed, or delivered.

Key timelines

Stage Timing
Notification arrives after activation Up to 6 weeks
Window to claim after notification 75 days
Reward delivered after claim About 3 weeks (up to 9 weeks total from activation)
Reward card validity Check expiration printed on the card

Which plans qualify?

  • AT&T Fiber and AT&T Internet Air (select promos)
  • DirecTV via Internet, satellite, or stream
  • AT&T Wireless (when a reward is offered with the deal)
  • AT&T PREPAID (specific port-in or new-line offers)
  • AT&T Business Internet, Phone, and Wireless promotions

Eligibility is tied to the specific offer you signed up under. The promo terms shown at checkout list whether a reward is included.

What you’ll get

Most rewards arrive as an AT&T Visa Reward Card by mail. Some promotions issue a virtual card that’s added to your attrewardcard.com account for online use. The card works anywhere Visa is accepted, online or in store. Standard reward cards are not reloadable; once the balance hits zero, the card stops working.

Lost the claim number?

You can sign in with your AT&T account number and ZIP code instead — both fields appear on the same Reward Center login page. The account number is on your AT&T bill or in the myAT&T app under “Account.”

If you don’t see your reward

  • Service still active? Rewards require continuous service for the period stated in the offer. If the line was cancelled before that, the reward is forfeited.
  • Less than 6 weeks since activation? The notification may not have been issued yet. Wait, then check spam, junk, and your physical mailbox.
  • Multiple rewards? They can post to the Reward Center at different times depending on the promotion.
  • Still missing? Call 1-800-288-9983, Mon–Fri 7 a.m.–7 p.m. CT.

FAQs

How long do I have to claim my AT&T reward?

75 days from the date on your reward notification. Miss the window and the reward is forfeited — there is no grace period.

How long until my AT&T reward card arrives?

About 3 weeks after you claim it, assuming the service stays active. Total time from installation to card-in-hand can run up to 9 weeks.

What if I never got a reward notification?

Check spam, junk mail, and physical mail. After 6 weeks you can also sign in to rewardcenter.att.com with your account number and ZIP to see if a reward is on file. If nothing shows, call 1-800-288-9983.

Can I claim an expired AT&T reward?

No. AT&T does not reinstate rewards past their expiration date.

Where can I use the AT&T Visa Reward Card?

Anywhere Visa debit is accepted in the U.S., online or in store. Some merchants (gas stations, hotels, car rentals) place pre-authorization holds that exceed the card balance and may decline.

My card isn’t working — what now?

Make sure it’s activated (activation instructions ship with the card). Check the balance at att.com/rewardcard. If the card has expired or shows a zero balance unexpectedly, call the number printed on the back of the card.

Can I claim through the myAT&T app?

Yes. Open myAT&T → Rewards. The flow mirrors the website. You’ll still need a valid claim or account number.

Are AT&T rewards taxable?

Promotional rewards under $600 are typically not reportable as income, but the rules depend on your jurisdiction and the value of all rewards combined. Talk to a tax professional if the total exceeds reporting thresholds.
