To access your MyEHtrip online account, go to myehtrip.com, click Login Here if you work for Enterprise Mobility or Fleet Management (or Proceed With Login if you are with a franchisee or the Crawford Select Rental Program), then enter your Login ID and password. The portal is restricted to active employees of those organisations.
What MyEHtrip Is
MyEHtrip is the employee self-service portal at myehtrip.com. It lets eligible team members manage travel records, payroll details, training, and personal data in one place.
The portal still uses the “EH” prefix from Enterprise Holdings, the parent company’s former name. Enterprise Holdings rebranded as Enterprise Mobility on 26 October 2023. The login URL did not change.
Who Can Log In
- Enterprise Mobility employees (Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National, Alamo, and corporate roles)
- Enterprise Fleet Management employees
- Centric Group employees
- Crawford Select Rental Program users and franchisee staff
The general public cannot register. If you do not work for one of the groups above, the portal will reject your credentials.
How to Access Your MyEHtrip Online Account
- Open myehtrip.com in any modern browser.
- Pick the right login button:
- Login Here (left side) — for Enterprise Mobility and Fleet Management employees
- Proceed With Login (right side) — for franchisee staff and Crawford Select Rental Program users
- Enter your Login ID (username, employee number, or work email assigned by HR) and your password.
- Click the sign-in button. You will land on your personal MyEHtrip dashboard.
Franchisee staff get their Login ID from their local HR representative. Enterprise Mobility employees use the credentials issued during onboarding.
If You Cannot Access the Portal
Run through these checks:
- Reload the page or restart the browser.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try an incognito or private window.
- Switch to a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
- Confirm Caps Lock is off and your keyboard layout is correct.
- Wait 30–60 minutes — the portal sometimes goes offline for maintenance.
If nothing works, contact Enterprise customer care or your HR representative.
How to Reset Your Login ID or Password
- Open the myehtrip.com login page.
- Click Forgot Login ID or Forgot Password below the sign-in fields.
- Enter the email address tied to your account.
- Click Send Reset Password Link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email.
The reset link expires after a short window. If it does not arrive, ask your HR contact to confirm the email on file.
How to Change the Portal Language
- Open myehtrip.com.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click your preferred language.
- Press the translate option to switch the page from English.
