Have the exact name of the Facebook group in mind. Then proceed accordingly.
Using a PC (Macbook or Windows)
Step 1: Go to this URL: https://web.facebook.com/groups/ . On the left hand panel, you will find a list of all Facebook groups that you are a member of.
step 2: Click on the group you want to leave.
step 3: Once the group page loads up. Click on the joined button. A dropdown menu should fall out. Click on Leave.
step 4: Click on the blue Leave Group button to confirm.
That’s it you’ve successfully left the said group.
Repeat the steps for other Facebook groups you want to leave.
