Lewis Flats School Ghost Adventures

Ghost Adventures is an American psychic and reality tv show that first aired on the Travel Channel in 2008 and will move to Discovery+ in 2021.

The same-named indie film premiered on the Sci-Fi Network on July 25, 2007.

The show follows Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley as they examine haunted places.

Zak Bagans guides a group of co-investigators to spooky places across the United States and internationally, questioning natives about the reported paranormal activity before facing ghostly forces.

After putting up the haunted past of each building, the crew undertakes a dusk-to-dawn “lockdown” in an attempt to capture hard evidence of the extraordinary and find out the truth.

How Ghost Adventures investigate Ghostly activities

The goal of the Ghost Adventures crew (Zak Bagans, Nick Groff (seasons 1–10), Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley, and Jay Wasley) is to capture visual or audible proof of ghost activity from supposedly haunted places.

An owner or custodian of the investigation site is always there as a welcome introduction to the show’s opening scene. Bagans usually does narrations of the site’s history and interviews with those who allege to have seen spooky activity there.

Based on these conversations, the crew places X’s with dark colour tape at reported ghostly activity hotspots. They come back later to install static night-vision cameras to attempt to capture it.

After the walk-through, they debate their approach and lock themselves in the area at night to avoid “audio pollution” and “unnecessary shadows.”

Some of the devices they use to collect proof of ghosts include digital thermostats and EMF sensors as well as perspective camera systems and infrared night-vision cams.

The members occasionally arrange objects and yell verbal taunts they think ghosts will react to.
