Cancel by 11:59 PM PST, five days before<\/strong> your next delivery, or that box is locked in and charged. The app uses the same path. When is the cancellation deadline?<\/h2>\n

HelloFresh locks each box for production five days out. Cancel by 11:59 PM PST, five days before<\/strong> your next scheduled delivery. Miss that window and you receive \u2014 and pay for \u2014 one final box.<\/p>\n

Check your next delivery date in Plan Settings<\/em> before you cancel so you know which side of the window you are on.<\/p>\n

HelloFresh bills you directly, not through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancelling from your phone’s Settings or the Play Store will not<\/strong> stop HelloFresh charges. Cancel inside the HelloFresh website or app.<\/p>\n

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Plan<\/strong> in the Status section. On some accounts this button reads Deactivate<\/strong> \u2014 same action.<\/li>\n
  5. Work through the retention prompts: a discount offer, a pause-instead pitch, a survey on why you are leaving. The cancel option sits at the bottom of every screen, not always highlighted.<\/li>\n
  6. Confirm with Cancel Anyway<\/strong> on the final screen.<\/li>\n
  7. Watch for a confirmation page and a confirmation email. Save the email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    No confirmation email? Log out, sign back in, and check Plan Settings. The plan should show as cancelled with your last delivery date.<\/p>\n

      No. Cancelling stops deliveries and charges, but your account stays on file \u2014 order history, saved recipes, and payment details remain on HelloFresh’s servers so you can reactivate later. To erase your personal data, send a separate privacy request: email hello@hellofresh.com<\/a> from the address on your account and ask them to delete your account and personal data under CCPA or GDPR.<\/p>\n
