Universities that Offer Marine Engineering in Nigeria

Rivers State University of Science and Technology was born from the then Rivers State College of Science and Technology. The institution, which is situated in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, was founded in October 1980. The university is Nigeria’s oldest technological college.

The undergraduate degree in Marine Engineering was created to train professionals in the disciplines of shipbuilding and maintenance, ship energy system and equipment development, ship administration, petroleum & gas, fishing, and other related fields.
